Naval Education and Training Command
You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Naval Education and Training Command of NAVSCSCOL. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.M., if related OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience

This position has a selective placement factor needed in order to qualify. The actual Selective Placement Factor is as follow: Providing consultant services or administrative coordination to aviation supply professionals at support facilities, AND developing lesson plans for aviation supply management instruction OR evaluating students to assess knowledge level of aviation supply and logistics management.
Possession of the factor must be verifiable
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluating students to assess knowledge level of supply management; 2) Developing reports on findings from data analysis on supply management educational program; 3) Developing lesson plans for supply management instruction; and 4) Recommending changes to supply management training instructions, regulations, lesson plans and other training related functions.
