Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following:
1) Develop and execute analytic requirements agenda required to support organization’s annual planning and programmatic cycle for leadership decisions.
2) Develop and present creative, innovative, fiscally achievable options to enhance or sustain infrastructure while evaluating requirements, formulate budgets, and communicate recommendations of programmatic plans.
3) Analyze program estimates and resource allocations to ensure accuracy and compliance with organization’s policies and procedures.
4) Conduct financial analysis and financial risk analysis of investments, analyze legacy, current and future program financial requirements for investments.
5) Implements methods to eliminate or reduce significant barriers, promote team building or improve business practices.
