Lockheed Martin is looking for a Senior Manager of Integration to join the FBM Modernization Programs. The modernization programs are D5LE2, and Mk7 development Programs which are in the SRR-PDR phases.

Primary responsibilities will include:
• Integrate with the other SEIT Integration senior managers to ensure technical, programmatic, and priority stay aligned across the FBM Portfolio of Programs
• Technical baseline management for the weapon and missile systems Modernization Products
• Planning (Cost/Schedule) with oversight/responsibilities for certain SEIT Modernization CLIN/Contract elements
• Modernization Program Risk ownership (R&O Management Board member)
• Resource deployment/alignment for multiple SEIT responsibilities during Operations and Maintenance including System Reliability, Fleet Issue Resolution, Missile Production support, Missile System Testing.
• Provide overall leadership to subordinate leaders across the Modernization Systems Integration Department including Flight System Integration, Test Missile Kit 2 integration, and Payload Integration groups
• Process alignment to FBM SEIT Directorate for all Modernization Program processes
• Drive rigorous technical ownership of Missile Systems design disclosure and problem resolutions with Systems-level thinking and Systems Engineering acumen
• Coordination and participation in Independent Review Boards / teams
• System Requirements & Certified Product (CPE) vetting, assignment and training
• System Interface maintenance
• Support fielding activities associated with Missile Systems, Mk7, CMC, and flight test experiments
• Support digital transformation through the identification, trial and insertion of new advanced capabilities and tools into Modernization Programs
• Coordination with the program Dx and teams

The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director of Systems Engineering. The position is located in Denver, Colorado. The organization is distributed between Denver Colorado and Space Coast Florida.

Basic Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college
• 2+ years demonstrated engineering experience leading an Engineering or Design organization
• 5+ years experience in the application of Systems Engineering processes and disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle Systems Engineering
• Ability to plan strategically and translate these strategies into daily, weekly and monthly tactical actions and tasks
• Demonstrated ability to plan, propose, and manage organizational budgets and schedules
• Experience generating Basis-Of Estimates (BOEs) and providing proposal support
• Active Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
