In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

You may qualify for this position using education to substitute for specialized experience if you have successfully completed four years of education above high school level.
OR
You have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.

A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education. See Required Documents for additional information. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with supply support operations to improve procedures for a supply program.
