As a Security Representative you will join a Security and Emergency Services team to support government requirements. In this role, you will:

Assist with the protection of classified areas by providing escort and control. Perform and provide support to other security team member that are consistent with an alternate Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties.
Be able to obtain and maintain an Active Security Clearance along with obtaining and maintaining Special Access Program eligibility.

Subject to routine government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information throughout their employment as required by the job.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. A future clearance will be required.

This position is in Palmdale, CA.

Basic Qualifications

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and multi-task.
-Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative.
-Knowledge of security principles. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance upon employment.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
