4. Promotes the delivery of innovative IT solutions in support of mission requirements. Establishes effective working relationships with senior leadership
and across ranks in various organizations to advance Agency/organizational level goals and strategies. Take initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict
and implement effective solutions in coordination with leadership chain to prevent negative impact on timeline and deliverables.
5. Identifies, analyzes, specifies, designs, and manages customer requirements; including translating functional requirements into technical requirements used for logical design or presents alternative technologies or approaches. Manage competing priorities to ensure resources are allocated accordingly.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

1. Experience leveraging thorough understanding of DIA CIO practices, procedures, and organizational structure to support customer needs.
2. Experience with SharePoint, HTML, TMT/DARTS, and managing JWICS expansion projects or other IT projects/requirements.
3. Working knowledge/experience of the USSPACECOM or other Combatant Command’s missions, authorities, responsibilities, and organization.
