In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Represent the Lockheed Martin core values of Respect Others, Perform with Excellence and Do What’s Right.
• Develop and track the Eastern Range Mission Operations (ERMO) forecasted cost account plan, capturing the work demand for all ERMO core function teams to identify the hours identified within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Serve as the site’s staffing demand Integrator, assisting leadership with tracking staffing challenges, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Develop the site’s Budget and Staffing report to compare budget versus staffing, ensuring proper headcount accountability.
• Lead the site’s BOE (Basis of Estimate) facilitation efforts, ensuring core function teams are represented for planning efforts across Lines of Effort (LOE) or discrete project efforts
• Serve as an alternate Control Account Manager (CAM) for specific control accounts, including:
• CLIN 1 (Test Missile Kit)
• CLIN 2 (Mission Operation LOE)
• CLIN 10 (Inert Missile Movements & GPE/PPCE)
Although this position does support some teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Cap Canaveral SFB, FL. , and be expected to work in the office as needed
Basic Qualifications
To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education,
• Experience collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Experience managing headcounts and budget to workload demands.
• Experience developing and presenting briefs to senior management.
• Experience collaborating on or developing proposals for customers.
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
