These positions will be located at one of our Merrimack, New Hampshire locations. If your background and skillset align with our hiring needs, we will be in touch with next steps. We are hiring systems engineers at the individual contributor and team lead, levels to participate in Electronic Systems development programs at any of the locations listed above. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to model, design, develop, integrate, debug, test, field, and support our innovative Electronic Systems. Help us create the world’s most advanced solutions in the area such as Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Aircraft Protection, Radar Warning and Electronic Attack for our defense related customers. Our products provide critical mission capabilities to address the ever-evolving threats to our nation’s security and the war fighter!

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, typically engineering.
- 4 to 10+ years or relevant Systems Engineering experience (2+ years if earned a Master’s degree in STEM field)
- Experience in RF test methods, systems, and equipment
- Hold an Active or Current DoD TOP SECRET clearance or equivalent.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Demonstrated success in leading small teams in RF system integration and test and/or field test efforts
- Experience exercising systems engineering principles to programs
- Experience working in a research and development environment
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Experience with Software Defined Radios (SDRs)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization
- Experience developing algorithms (EW, DSP, Signal Exploitation, or communications) in MATLAB
- Knowledge of Communications or Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- Experience with Linux, command-line interfaces, and bash scripting
- Experience with test automation
- Hold an Active or Current U.S. TS/SCI security clearance
- Master’s degree in a STEM field
