Job Description
We are looking for a Software Developer in Test who will be able to plug into a dynamic and fast paced team of engineers. You will be embedded in our desktop team developing SOCET GXP and GXP InMotion Desktop. GXP applications leverage a wide array of geospatial data to deliver mission-enhancing intelligence in critical operations ranging from homeland security, humanitarian assistance, and defense. Software developers in test must have a detailed understanding of customer use cases and are responsible for executing integration tests that touch multiple software applications in the GXP ecosystem to mimic customer workflows. This role is instrumental in ensuring GXP delivers reliable and high-quality software to its customers. Are you ready to make a difference?

Required Skills and Education
- Expertise in software testing, and automation.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, Java
- Familiarity with a variety of geospatial data and data stores (imagery, FMV, MTI, vector formats, PostGIS, PostgreSQL, geodatabase)
- Strong work ethic and a questioning attitude
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Self-starter–independently identify problems and develop solutions.
- Familiar with Windows OS and Linux
- Secret Clearance
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with geospatial software & tools (Esri, RemoteView, iSpy, Cedalion, MAAS, AIMES, MOVINT)
- Experience with National and/or Commercial imaging systems, image processing, image exploitation, and writing imagery products or reports
- Familiar with Structured Observations Management (SOM)
- Ability to interpret government specifications to ensure software compliance
- College degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent military experience
- Active TS/SCI
