Job Description:

Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of a team that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The DTRA I3TS program is seeking a Resource Manager to join their team! Based in Ft. Belvoir, VA, this new program is an exciting way to launch your career further than ever!

This program provides enterprise-wide IT support to enable the customer to consolidate, modernize, and continuously innovate the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities. These services will deliver exceptional execution value to internal and external mission partners operating in CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Resource Manager:

  • Oversee all activities between customer, recruiting, security, subcontracts, and human resources in staffing of personnel.
  • Coordinates with line managers on new and existing requirements and coordinate with back-office functions.
  • Experience with ePMO and Workday preferred.
  • Works with team leads and finance to put together forecast of personnel to meet contractual guidelines/budget.
  • Serves as the contract’s primary POC with close support for all on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel.
  • Coordinates with subcontractor staffing POCs.
  • Coordinates with the government security POCs, GDIT security officers, and GDIT recruiting to complete new employee paperwork and security paperwork according to government and GDIT policy.
  • Arranges government onboarding briefs required for new account creation and setup.
  • Tracks and reports on government-mandated annual compliance training. Prepares and documents travel plans.

Required Skills:

  • BS degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience managing staffing processes and vendor management
  • DoD technical project support experience
  • TS/SCI clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $111,702 – $151,126. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
