Job Description
In this role you will:
• Maintain and implement program level Data Management (DM) plans and processes with a systems thinking mindset
• Manage Customer relations with the ability to facilitate and communicate with various levels of management and customers
• Handling Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules
• Coordinate modification records for management control
• Review change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
• Maintaining program access control for Configuration & Data Management (C&DM) systems/tools
• Maintaining a document number system and providing document numbers as required
• Preparing data for archival and maintain archive records for retrieval as required
Other tasks you may perform include:
• Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with Engineering, Quality, Support, Manufacturing, and engineering data control activities
• Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine the effect on the overall product and system
• Lead and/or act as voting member on hardware reviews and Physical configuration audits
• Handling the review and retention of supplier data
• Conducting the configuration of supplier Statement of Work (SOW)/SDRL
Basic Qualifications
• Familiarity with Government contracts, or experience reading and implementing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) or equivalent Contract Deliverable Requirements
• Experience with scheduling, tracking, status communications, and submitting data and working with data repositories
• Experience using PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, with attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint or Confluence collaboration tools
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
