This is a remote position; the duty location is considered as the employee’s official duty location for locality pay and competitive area. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes monitoring daily financial and budget operations; analyzing manpower and accounting reports; providing budgetary briefings to management or senior leaders; and issuing written instructions or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the workforce. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above).
