In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

GS-09:
master’s or equivalent graduate degree

or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree

GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

or
3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree

or
LL.M., if related

or
LL.B. or J.D., if related

NO-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist in managing the acquisition intelligence requirements for the command by applying the processes, policies and procedures pertaining to acquisition intelligence and coordinating with the Intelligence Community on these requirements.

NO-05:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage the acquisition intelligence requirements for the command by delegating resources to apply the processes, policies and procedures pertaining to acquisition intelligence and coordinating with the Intelligence Community on these requirements.
