Job Description

BAE Systems is seeking a Production Surveillance Engineer to join our Systems Acquisition support team of diverse engineers.  This position will be located in Moorestown, NJ where Technology and Teamwork come together!  The qualified candidate will become part of the AEGIS TECHREP Engineering Support Services contract working with a highly complex radar and computer system critical to the defense of the United States.  As part of our team the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing/production/integration and test efforts at the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) facility.
•       Support AWS equipment requirements from manufacturing, test facility installation and test, and shipyard delivery
•       Provide technical and engineering surveillance support for the assembly, production, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), acceptance of AWS equipment through DD 250
•       Coordinate Production Test Centers (PTCs), Production Test Facility (PTF), and AEGIS Ashore (AA) equipment installation, verification, Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) anomaly resolution and DD 250 acceptance
•       Maintain an Equipment Tracking System (ETS) database on the AEGIS Technical Representative Analysis and Information Navigator (TRAIN)

Required Skills and Education

The education requirement for this role are as follows:

  • A Bachelor degree in any field of study OR
  • Current enrollment in an enginring program with an expected complection year of 2025 OR
  • Six years of Industrial Engineering or Military experience with AEGIS Weapon System (AWS).

The requirments for this role are as folllows:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration
•          AEGIS Combat System experience
