ECS’s F-35 Product Line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager II to join the team.
The individual selected for this role will work closely with the functional leads to support the execution of programs for customers. This is a result-oriented position and it requires a disciplined process management skillset, strong technical acumen, and experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution. The Program Manager will provide the overall leadership to personnel on the program. The successful candidate will use the full breadth of company resources to solve our customers’ challenges and provide the Warfighter a mission-critical advantage.
This position will report directly to the F-35 Future Capabilities Director within the F-35 Solutions Product Line. There may be an opportunity for a hybrid schedule in the future, but for the foreseeable future this will be a full-time, onsite role based in Wayne or Totowa NJ.

In this job, you will:
- Take responsibility for management and execution of a contract.
- Prepare and/or review project execution plans and other documentation.
- Be intimately involved in budget/financial planning and reporting.
- Report status to product line and senior leadership.
- Develop customer relationships with regular communication.
- Drive program/contract success by delivering on our commitments in accordance with the expected behaviors, processes and guidance
- Actively promote a culture of inclusivity, safety, health, and personal well-being for the program team.

- 10 years work experience or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills and Education
- Secret Clearance with Investigation within 5 Years
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- Detailed knowledge of the aerospace market
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience
