This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies for NH-III Procuring Contracting Officer (limited warrant) positions. Basic Qualifications for an 1102 Contracting Specialist:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution authorized to grant baccalaureate degrees. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, negotiating and assuring completion of approvals for long term pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions are completed within a timely manner.
