ASSESSMENT FACTORS

3. Conduct complex training on the conduct of CI investigations by applying expert knowledge of CI functional services, investigative tools, and CI
investigative procedures to establish or refute whether the subject of an investigation is acting for or on behalf of a foreign intelligence entity (FIE)interdependencies
4. Build, maintain, and leverage current methodology for CI Investigations to support all requirements toward prosecution.
5. Designs solutions that address the complex, sensitive, and multi-faceted issues, thereby maximizing organizational impact
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Ability to deliver highly complex CI investigative scaled in a manner suited to the mentorship and development of others.
2. Possesses an in-depth understanding of the execution of the CI investigations specialty in support of the preservation of investigative integrity or operational potential and use this knowledge to provide insight to a variety of community stakeholders.
3. Graduate of the JCITA Advanced Counterintelligence Investigations Course or experience conducting counterintelligence investigations.
