To qualify via education:
For NO-03:
Master’s or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
For NO-04:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related For NO-03:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or NO-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in material procurement processes, from requirements definition to purchase requisition submission, while mentoring team members to include documentation, accuracy, vendor communication, OR utilizing logistics management systems (e.g. NERP and AMS systems) for effective supply support.
For NO-04:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or NO-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing complex material procurements for Integrated Product Teams; overseeing the entire procurement process from initiation to delivery; AND conducting documentation accuracy, vendor communication, OR training staff on procurement practices on logistics management systems (e.g. NERP and AMS systems).
