Job Description

You will be the Project Management for the Lexington, KY area and must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Project Management embedded with a SOF GLSS Program Team; your duties will include:
• Assist manager in day-to-day business, training, reporting and metrics.
• Assist manager with monitoring key performance indicators relevant to Logistics warehouses and transformation.
• Assist manager with compliance needs and support audits.
• Track statuses of projects and warehouse reviews and follow-up on corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to incorporate enterprise processes.
• Initiate and manage affordability initiatives.
• Conduct warehouse walk-throughs with 3PL.
• Evaluate, map and solution warehouse capacity and storage solutions.

This position supports our Special Operations Forces – Global Logistics Support Services contract, which is the U.S. Special Operations Command’s (USSOCOM) largest service contract vehicle providing a wide range of tailored logistics, maintenance, and sustainment services. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

projects

• Warehouse experience
• Detail-oriented
• Experience reviewing/updating policies and
procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,
Powerpoint, Word)
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Time management skills

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
