BAE Systems’ Countermeasures & Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area has immediate openings for highly motivated Systems Engineering Requirements Leads in the Advanced Compact EW Solutions Product Line. We put our customers first – exemplified by our mission: “We Protect Those Who Protect Us®.” Advanced Compact EW Solutions is looking for experienced Systems Engineering to perform requirements development on a program within our defense portfolio from award through preliminary design. We are focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare solutions through the lifecycle of system development on schedule and within cost. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. |

Required Skills and Education
- Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions
- Familiarity with requirements management tools
- Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
- Proven design, analysis and communication skills
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems
- Familiarity with modern engineering techniques, such as Model Based Systems Engineering
Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
