This flyer uses the Direct Hire Acquisition Authority Business/Technical Mgmt to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in competitive service. This job does not have an education qualification requirement. FOR NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent): Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-2 (GS-11 equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience analyzing the acquisition planning or execution of organizational services and material procurement to improve efficiency and effectiveness of program operations.
